Job summary

Naukripay group is seeking a Modeler to design and build digital objects, characters, environments, and assets for games, film, architecture, and product design.

You will create from concepts, ensure clean topology and UVs, apply physically based rendering (PBR) materials and lighting, and collaborate with animators, directors, and engineers to integrate assets into production pipelines and game engines.

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Computer Graphics, Digital Media, or Civil/Structural Engineering (for CAD/industrial roles).
• Experience ranging from entry-level to senior/lead artist roles.
• Portfolio: A strong reel or portfolio showing wireframes, texturing and final renders.

Responsibilities

• Asset Creation: Build digital objects, characters, props, vehicles, or architectural scenes from scratch or reference concepts.
• Topology & Texturing: Ensure clean mesh topology, UV mapping, and apply PBR materials, textures, and lighting.

• Topology & Texturing: Ensure clean mesh topology, proper UV mapping, and apply physically based rendering (PBR) materials, textures, and lighting.
• Collaboration: Work alongside animators, art directors, level designers, and engineers to integrate assets into game engines or production pipelines.
• Revisions: Refine models based on technical constraints, performance optimization, and creative feedback.

Required Skills & Software

• Software Proficiency: Blender, Autodesk Maya, ZBrush, 3ds Max, Substance Painter, or Houdini.
• Technical Knowledge: Understanding of low-poly/high-poly workflow, UV unwrapping, baking, rigging basics, and anatomy or scale proportions.
• Portfolio: A strong visual reel or portfolio demonstrating clean wireframes, texturing work, and final renders.

General Qualifications

• Education: Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Computer Graphics, Digital Media, or Civil/Structural Engineering (for CAD/industrial roles).
