Job summary

Laqshya Live Experiences seeks an experienced 3D Designer to conceptualize and execute 3D designs for event spaces, stages, and exhibition booths. You will create high-quality visualizations and collaborate closely with event producers, architects, and project managers to meet budgets and client visions.

You will plan spatial layouts, specify materials, and refine designs based on feedback while staying ahead of design trends and technologies to push the boundaries of event design.

Qualifications

• 4-6+ years of experience as a 3D designer in events, exhibition, or live entertainment.
• Expert knowledge of 3D modeling and rendering tools.
• Strong design portfolio in event or experiential design.
• Familiarity with event production processes, materials, and construction techniques.
• Creative problem-solving within budgets and technical limitations.

• Conceptual Design: Develop and execute 3D designs for event spaces, stages, exhibition booths, and other event installations, based on client briefs and project objectives.
• Visualization: Create high-quality 3D visualizations and renders that accurately represent event concepts, from initial design to final production.
• Collaboration: Work closely with event producers, architects, and project managers to ensure design concepts are aligned with technical specifications, budget, and client vision.
• Space Planning: Design and visualize spatial layouts for events, considering attendee experience, flow, and technical feasibility.
• Material Specification: Recommend materials, textures, and finishes to ensure both aesthetic appeal and practical application.
• Feedback Integration: Refine and adjust designs based on feedback from internal teams and clients to meet expectations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
