Job summary

Flipspaces in Mumbai (Malad West) invites a skilled 3D Artist to join the architectural visualization team. The role covers end-to-end pipeline from modeling, lighting, texturing to rendering and post-production, with sole renderer responsibility on projects.

You will collaborate with interior design teams, translate client briefs into realistic renders, support VR asset generation, and maintain high standards of detail and realism using 3ds Max, Corona, SketchUp, Photoshop and AutoCAD.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in architectural visualization.
• Ability to work independently and manage timelines.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ownership mindset to run visual pipelines independently.
• Collaborate with designers and PMs to hit briefs and client briefs.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete 3D visualization pipeline (modeling, lighting, texturing, rendering, post-production).
• Work as a sole renderer and handle projects end-to-end.
• Understand client requirements, design preferences, and site challenges.
• Coordinate with interior design teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop 3D models and renders based on finalized designs.
• Ensure high-quality, realistic outputs with strong attention to detail.
• Own the end-to-end rendering pipeline from modeling to post-production.
• Work closely with designers to visualize interior layouts, materiality, lighting and atmosphere.
• Deliver realistic renders with high attention to architectural detail.
• Support VR asset generation for immersive walkthroughs.

• Work as a sole renderer and handle projects end-to-end
• Understand client requirements, design preferences, and site challenges
• Coordinate with interior design teams throughout the project lifecycle

• Ensure high-quality, realistic outputs with strong attention to detail

Your Day-to-Day:
