Job summary

Crossing Hurdles in India is seeking a junior 3D artist to create stylized models and digital assets using Blender, ZBrush, and Adobe Creative Suite.

You will work with low-poly, voxel, and handcrafted styles; recreate textures like clay, fabric, and textiles; and apply topology, UV mapping, and rendering.

This entry‑level role expects you to produce variations, optimize assets for production, document workflows, and deliver high‑quality work based on project briefs.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Blender, ZBrush and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience with plugins and scripts for digital art.
• Understanding NPR workflows and visual storytelling.
• Strong communication and attention to detail.
• Ability to complete up to 10 tasks per day.
• Freshers welcome; no prior professional experience required.
