Job summary

EXL in Gurgaon is seeking an analytics professional to own end-to-end delivery of complex analyses. You will work with large data sources, ensure data quality, and collaborate with client IT teams to resolve issues, driving actionable insights.

You will use SQL, Tableau, and Python to analyze data, present findings, and support decision-making for financial services projects in a hybrid model with 2 days in the office and 3 days work-from-home across Gurgaon, Bangalore, Pune, and Noida.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of consulting, analytics delivery experience.

Responsibilities

• Emphasis is on end-to-end delivery of analysis.
• Extremely comfortable working with data, including managing large number of data sources, analysing data quality, and pro-actively working with client’s data/ IT teams to resolve issues.

Job Description Role And Responsibilities

• Extremely comfortable working with data, including managing large number of data sources, analysing data quality, and pro-actively working with client’s data/ IT teams to resolve issues Individual need to get involved by taking ownership on ongoing uses cases by taking regular updates and brainstorm with other BI and DE team members.
• Use variety of analytical and visualization tools ( SQL, Tableau etc.) to carry out analysis and drive conclusions. Good in python Independently manage clients and handle multiple worksets
• Reformulate highly technical information into concise, understandable terms for presentations Candidate Profile:
• Required skills: SQL, Tableau, Python, Project Mgmt
• 6+ years of consulting, analytics delivery experience
• Experience in Banking and Financial Services domain is preferred.
• Master’s or Bachelor's degree in math, statistics, economics, computer engineering or related analytics field
• Very strong analytical skills with the demonstrated ability to research and make decisions based on the day-to-day and complex customer problems required
• Experience of working in financial services and risk analytics domain, a plus
• Strong record of achievement, solid analytical ability, and an entrepreneurial hands-on approach to work Job Location
