Job description

We are seeking a highly skilled D365 Senior Developer with expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) and D365 Commerce. The ideal candidate will have a strong techno-functional background with hands-on experience in custom development, integrations, and solution architecture within the Dynamics 365 ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

• Solution Design & Development: Design and develop custom solutions, extensions, and integrations in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O and D365 Commerce using X++, C#.NET, Power Platform, Logic Apps, and Azure Cloud Services.
• D365 Commerce Customization: Implement and customize Commerce Scale Unit (CSU) and Commerce Runtime (CRT) to enhance system functionality.
• ERP Functional Expertise: Work with Supply Chain Management (SCM), Finance, Retail, and Commerce modules, including Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), Inventory, and Tax.
• System Integration: Develop and manage seamless integrations between D365 F&O and third-party applications.
• Data Migration: Lead data migration strategy and execution, ensuring smooth transitions during system implementations.
• Technical Leadership: Provide guidance to developers, consultants, and implementation teams, ensuring best practices and high-quality code standards.
• Performance Optimization: Troubleshoot and enhance system performance, scalability, and security in the Azure cloud environment.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 5+ years of experience as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O Developer with expertise in D365 Commerce.
• Proficiency in X++, C#.NET, Power Platform, Logic Apps, Azure Services, and MS SQL Server.
• Strong knowledge of Finance & Supply Chain modules (SCM, AR, AP, Inventory, Tax, Retail, Commerce).
• Experience in Commerce Scale Unit (CSU) and Commerce Runtime (CRT) customizations.
• Expertise in integrations, data migration planning, and execution with at least 2-3 end-to-end implementations.
• Ability to design complex enterprise solutions aligned with customer needs.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and guide teams.
• Willingness to work in 2nd shift (1:00 PM – 11:00 PM).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Microsoft Certifications in Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, Commerce, or Azure.
