Qualcomm India Private Limited is seeking a Systems Engineer to research, design, develop, simulate, and validate systems-level software, hardware, architecture, algorithms, and solutions. You will collaborate across functional teams to meet system-level requirements and standards.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field; 1+ year experience in a large matrixed organization is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in a large matrixed organization.
• Experience in matrixed environments is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Applies systems knowledge to assist and support research, design, development, simulation, and/or validation of systems-level software, hardware, architecture, algorithms, and solutions.
• Supports functional analysis to drive requirements and specifications and define standards for hardware and software.
• Assists with design development including requirements, interfaces, functional/performance definitions, and system modifications.
• Collaborates with team members to complete project work, including implementing and testing features and verifying system accuracy.
• Develops new and innovative ideas to solve problems.
• Assists in triage of problems at the system level to determine root cause and present testing results.

Minimum Qualifications

Principal Duties And Responsibilities

• Applies Systems knowledge to assist and support the research, design, development, simulation, and/or validation of systems-level software, hardware, architecture, algorithms, and solutions while ensuring system-level requirements and standards are met.
• Supports the functional analysis that drive requirements and specifications and define and align standards for hardware and software.
• Assists with the analysis and development of system level design including requirements, interface definition, functional/performance definition, and implementation of a new system or modification of an existing system.
• Collaborates with team members to complete project work, including implementing and testing features and verifying the accuracy of systems.
• Develops new and innovative ideas or ways to solve problems.
• Assists in the triage of problems at the system level to determine root cause and presenting results of testing and debugging to team members.

• Works under supervision.
• Decision-making affects direct area of work and/or work group.
• Requires verbal and written communication skills to convey basic, routine factual information.
• Tasks require multiple steps which can be performed in various orders; some planning, problem-solving, and prioritization must occur to complete the tasks effectively.
