Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-orientedSalesforce Administrator / Analystto support our enterprise Salesforce ecosystem. This role will work closely with governance, architecture, and platform teams to ensure smooth operations, adherence to standards, and continuous improvement across multiple Salesforce clouds and integrated systems. The successful candidate will play a critical role in maintaining system health, implementing governance standards, and supporting our organization's digital transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and maintain Salesforce governance standards across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Marketing Cloud environments
- Monitor system health, data quality, and platform usage using reports, dashboards, and analytical tools
- Support and manage integrations between Salesforce and enterprise systems including MuleSoft, ServiceNow, SAP, Splunk, Azure, and GCP
- Provide Level 2 (L2) user support and troubleshoot configuration, access management, and automation issues
- Assist in conducting Salesforce Security Maturity Assessments using Health Check and internal assessment frameworks
- Support initiatives to improve security scores and maturity levels through the implementation of best practices and security protocols
- Assist with performance tuning activities to maintain system reliability and optimal uptime
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of Salesforce Security & Governance policies, standards, and procedures
- Support release management activities, including testing, validation, and deployment coordination
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across the organization to drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Maintain and update a centralized Knowledge Base documenting Salesforce usage across business processes
- Update governance standards, support processes, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistent and efficient operations
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experiencein Salesforce Administration, Integration, and DevOps tools (Azure, Git)
- Deep knowledge of Salesforce objects, fields, validation rules, flows, reports, and dashboards
- Strong understanding of the Salesforce security model and access control mechanisms
- Proficiency with integration concepts including REST and SOAP APIs
- Hands-on experience with DevOps tools such as Azure DevOps and Git
- Demonstrated experience in multi-org Salesforce environments
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of integration platforms such as MuleSoft
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
Mandatory Certifications & Preferred Qualifications
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer (preferred)
- Salesforce Certified Security Specialist (preferred)
- Experience with enterprise integration platforms and methodologies
- Familiarity with cloud platforms including Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
- Knowledge of ServiceNow or similar IT Service Management tools
- Experience with Splunk or similar monitoring and logging solutions

Educational Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, OR
- Equivalent professional experience in Salesforce administration and cloud technologies
Experience Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on Salesforce Administration experience
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience working with enterprise integrations and APIsMinimum 2-3 years of experience with DevOps tools and methodologies
- Experience supporting multiple Salesforce clouds in a governed enterprise environment
- Experience conducting security assessments and implementing governance frameworks
Physical Requirements
- Ability to sit for extended periods at a computer workstation
- Clear vision for computer work and reading technical documentation
- Ability to communicate effectively via phone, video conference, and written correspondence
This position may be performed in a hybrid or remote work arrangement, subject to organizational policies and business needs. The role may require occasional on-site presence for meetings, training, and collaboration with team members.
Travel Requirements
Minimal travel, if any. Occasional travel may be required for training, conferences, or in-person collaboration events.
