MAIA Estates in Bengaluru is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor (QS) with 10+ years of interior luxury fit-out experience to join our team.

You will lead BOQ preparation, take-offs, budgeting, and cost control across premium projects, coordinating with design, procurement, and execution teams to ensure financial accuracy and transparent reporting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years of experience in interior (Luxury) fit-out projects.
• Strong expertise in BOQ preparation and quantity take-offs.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD, AI tools and MS Excel.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed BOQs from drawings and specifications.
• Accurate quantity take-offs for flooring, cladding, block works, and fixed furniture.
• Coordinate with design, procurement, and execution teams for clarity on drawings and quotations.
• Monitor project costs and budgets.
• Perform cost estimation, budgeting, and rate analysis.
• Review vendor quotations and maintain systematic cost documentation.

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor (QS) with 10+ years of experience and a strong background in interior fit-out projects to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparation of detailed BOQs based on drawings and specifications
• Accurate quantity take-offs for:
  • Flooring & Cladding
  • Block Works
  • Fixed Furniture / Joinery
  • Coordination with design, procurement, and execution teams for clarity on drawings and quotations
  • Monitoring project costs and budgets
  • Performing cost estimation, budgeting, and rate analysis
  • Ensuring accuracy and completeness in quantity estimation
  • Reviewing and analysing vendor quotations
  • Maintaining systematic documentation of all commercial and cost-related data

Requirements

• Minimum 10+ years of experience in interior (Luxury) fit-out projects
• Strong expertise in BOQ preparation and quantity take-offs
• Good knowledge of materials, finishes, and detailing
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, AI Tools and MS Excel
• High attention to detail and accuracy
