Qualifications

• Experience with MongoDB and SQL databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL).
• Familiarity with Git and version control workflows.
• Exposure to testing tools like Jest or Cypress.
• Comfortable working in Agile teams with global stakeholders.

Role Overview

We are seeking a Software Engineer – MERN Stack to design and build modern, scalable, and robust web applications. You will work across the stack with React, Node.js, and databases, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with cross-functional teams to build intuitive and scalable web applications.
• Develop responsive front-end components using React, Next.js, and state management tools (Redux, Context API, Zustand, etc.).
• Build and integrate RESTful APIs for end-to-end feature development.
• Participate in code reviews, peer programming, and Agile ceremonies.
• Ensure application performance, security, and scalability.
• Contribute to technical documentation and process improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, Tailwind, React.js, and Next.js.
• Strong understanding of Redux, Hooks, and React component lifecycle.
• Backend expertise with Node.js, Express.js, and REST API design.
• Experience with databases: MongoDB and SQL (MySQL/PostgreSQL).
• Familiarity with Git and version control workflows.
• Exposure to testing tools like Jest or Cypress.

Desirable Skills

• Knowledge of UI libraries (ShadCN, MUI, Ant Design).
