We are seeking an experienced professional to grow our Workforce Transformation practice. We partner with clients to design and implement practical workforce solutions that improve organisational effectiveness, build future capabilities and align talent strategies to business objectives. Our work spans workforce transformation strategy, AI workforce impact, operating model design, workforce planning, skills taxonomy development, skills assessments, workforce analytics and organisation design. Our clients range from local organisations to some of the world's leading employers. This role will be Ireland-based but will work closely with colleagues across EMEA and globally depending on client needs. This is a commercially focused role with direct client and prospect interaction. At this level, individuals are expected to drive business growth, develop client relationships, win new opportunities and successfully lead the delivery of workforce transformation projects. The Workforce Transformation Director will be primarily focused on growing the Workforce Transformation practice while collaborating closely with colleagues across Talent, Human Capital and other Aon solution lines.
The role holder will be a key leader in the growth of Aon's Workforce Transformation practice, helping clients navigate complex workforce challenges driven by AI, changing skills requirements and evolving business needs. The successful candidate will combine commercial leadership with consulting delivery, playing an active role in developing opportunities, winning work and leading client engagements. They will work across a wide range of projects and collaborate with specialists from across Human Capital, Talent, Rewards, Assessment, Analytics, Change and Organisation Design to deliver integrated client solutions.
