You will partner with Buying, Design, Compliance and suppliers to translate concepts into high-quality products, drive risk assessment, testing, and continuous improvement, with a focus on quality standards and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical development and quality assurance of womenswear products across multiple categories.
• Partner with Buying, Design, Compliance and supplier teams to translate concepts into high-quality products.
• Drive quality standards through risk assessment, testing evaluation, product approvals, and benchmarking.
• Monitor product performance through testing submissions, returns analysis and supplier reporting.
• Build strong supplier partnerships and resolve quality issues while driving process improvements.
• Influence stakeholders through training, presentations, and quality strategy alignment.
