Job summary

Scotiabank’s UpLIFTED Women in Finance Development programme in Ireland offers a four-month development pathway for female-identifying undergraduate students. Participants will gain exposure to Global Banking & Markets topics, mentorship, and targeted workshops from January to April 2027.

Applicants must be enrolled in an undergraduate degree in Ireland, be in the first year of a three-year program or second year of a four-year program, self-identify as a woman, and show passion for capital

Qualifications

• Be currently enrolled in an undergraduate degree in Ireland in any discipline.
• Be a current first-year student on a three-year degree, or second-year student on a four-year degree.
• Self-identify as a woman.
• Have a demonstrated passion for and interest in learning about capital markets/corporate banking and finance.
• Be able to attend regular mentor meetings and programme workshops for Jan–Apr 2027.
