Winthrop Technologies, a Dublin-based data centre delivery partner, invites ambitious undergraduates to join an Engineering Internship Programme. The role offers hands-on project exposure across BIM, civil, structural, electrical, mechanical, EHS and QS disciplines, with real project involvement and international team collaboration.

You will gain structured learning, professional mentorship and networking opportunities while working on live projects that may lead to graduate roles upon degree

Qualifications

• Be studying towards a Level 7/8/9 qualification in a relevant Engineering or Construction discipline.
• Be on track to graduate between June 2027 and June 2028.
• Demonstrate genuine interest in engineering, construction and data centre development.

Responsibilities

• Support live, large-scale data centre projects as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Receive mentorship from engineers, managers and technical specialists.
• Engage in structured training workshops and development programs throughout placement.

We are seeking ambitious undergraduate students studying Engineering, Construction, or related disciplines to join Winthrop's Engineering Internship Programme. Opportunities are available for 3, 6, or 9+ month placements, offering hands‑on experience in a fast‑paced, project‑driven environment.

To be considered, you should:

• Be studying towards a Level 7, Level 8, or Level 9 qualification in a relevant Engineering or Construction related discipline.
