Job summary

Winthrop Technologies Ltd. is seeking a motivated Graduate CSA Engineer to join our team and gain hands-on experience delivering civil, structural, and architectural works on major data-centre projects across Ireland and Europe.

You will assist in planning on-site CSA activities, interpret drawings, liaise with design teams and subcontractors, and help ensure quality, safety and timelines, while receiving mentorship from experienced professionals.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or related discipline.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Strong understanding of CSA principles and construction processes.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and coordination of CSA works on site.
• Review and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Support site inspections to monitor progress and quality of civil, structural, and architectural works.
• Liaise with design teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to resolve technical queries.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and project standards.
• Maintain accurate site documentation, including daily reports and quality records.
• Assist in risk assessments and method statements for CSA activities.
• Contribute to problem-solving and technical solutions during construction.
