Job summary

The Musgrave Group is hiring a Full Time Wine & Spirits Supervisor for our Donnybrook store in Ireland. You will be a Wine & Spirits Expert, delivering exceptional service and sharing knowledge with customers while supporting daily department operations.

As a key holder and part of the management team, you will lead colleagues, maintain high standards, and help create an outstanding shopping experience. Flexibility to work retail hours is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 years.
• At least 1 year of experience in Wine/Spirits.
• Retail wine department experience is advantageous.
• WSET training not required but advantageous.
• Excellent communication and customer-focused.
• Willingness to work retail hours and be flexible.

Responsibilities

• Support and lead colleagues in the Wine & Spirits department.
• Assist in day-to-day store operations.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and share knowledge.
• Open and close the store as designated key holder.
