Job summary

Nicolas Krause, based in Dublin 15, Ireland, is seeking an experienced Window Fitter to join the business on a permanent, full-time basis. The successful candidate will carry out window and glazing installation, repair and replacement works at residential and commercial sites in Dublin and other locations where the business operates.

Responsibilities

• Examining drawings, measurements and specifications to determine job requirements
• Removing existing windows, doors and damaged glazing and preparing openings for installation
• Installing, fitting and securing window and door units
• Measuring, cutting and positioning glass where required
• Applying sealants, mastic, putty or adhesives and ensuring proper alignment and weatherproofing
• Repairing or replacing damaged glass, windows and related components
• Ensuring all work is completed safely and to the required quality standards
