Responsibilities

• Advising private clients on all aspects of wills and probate matters.
• Making wills, including providing estate planning advice.
• The administration of estates.
• Setting up and administering trusts.
• Registration of Enduring Powers of Attorney.
• Filing Capital Acquisition Tax returns.
• Applying for Decision-Making Representation Orders.
• Drafting and advising on Family Partnerships.
• Managing caseloads from initial instruction to completion including post-completion work.
• Working collaboratively with the Litigation team in relation to contentious probate disputes.
• Participating in business development and networking activities as required.
