Job summary

Wilton Waste Recycling Limited is seeking Welders with 1–3 years of welding experience to join their facilities in Co. Cavan. A valid employment permit is required for non‑EEA nationals to work in Ireland.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate welding equipment to join metalwork pieces.
• Use fusion welding processes (MIG, fillet, oxy‑fuel) to join metals.
• Read and interpret 2‑D and 3‑D drawings.
• Perform simple visual inspection of welds and smooth burrs.
• Maintain protective gear and adhere to safety standards.
• Ensure correct metal and torch temperatures; fuel handling.
• Recognise metal imperfections and remove inadequate workpieces.
• Apply arc welding and precision metalworking techniques.

Wilton Waste Recycling Limited is seeking Welders with 1‑3 years of welding experience to join their facilities in Co. Cavan.

Qualifications

• 1‑3 years of welding experience. Welding certification preferred but not essential.
• No minimum academic requirements. On‑the‑job training will be provided.
• Must be able to MIG weld, perform fillet welds and read drawings.
• Experience in metal active gas welding, inert gas welding and spotting signs of corrosion is preferred.
• Experience in a waste/recycling environment is a plus.
