Key ResponsibilitiesPerform high-quality MIG (Metal Inert Gas), TIG (Tungsten Inert Gas), and MMA (Manual Metal Arc) welding on steel, stainless steel, and aluminium components used in filter assemblies.Read, analyse, and interpret complex engineering blueprints, technical drawings, and custom fabrication specifications. Cut, shape, bend, fit, and assemble sheet metals and structural steel parts to construct industrial filter housings, silo systems, and custom bag-house frames. Perform structural modifications, cutting, and welding repairs during the re-manufacturing and reconditioning of heavy-duty air and industrial filters. Inspect welded joints for defects, measure finished components with precision tools to ensure dimensional accuracy and adhere to strict quality control standards.Safely operate workshop fabrication equipment, including plasma cutters, grinders, drills, and bending brakes.Maintain a clean, safe workspace and comply fully with Irish workplace safety regulations and company safety protocols.Minimum of 2–3 years proven experience working in a similar role essential.Remuneration is €36,605 per annum based on a standard 39 hour week.
