Job summary

Company Details Confidential is seeking dedicated metal fabricators/welders to join a growing team delivering projects in Ireland, the UK and beyond. The role requires 3 years in mild or stainless fabrications, strong MIG welding skills, and CE EN1090 compliance.

Applicants must have good English, be self-motivated and able to work independently or as part of a team. Weld tests will be conducted on hiring, and a valid Safe-Pass and own car are desirable.

Qualifications

• 3 years experience in mild steel or stainless-steel fabrication.
• Proficient MIG welding.
• CE EN1090 compliance.
• Strong spoken and written English.
• Self-efficient and able to work unsupervised, yet a good team player.
• Good attendance and timekeeping.
• Weld tests to be passed on employment.
• Own car required.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate and weld mild steel and stainless-steel components for various scale projects.
• Operate welding and fabrication equipment to high quality standards.

Our client is currently looking for dedicated, skilled metal fabricators/welders to join their expanding team to assist in delivering small and large‑scale projects in Ireland, the UK and the wider international market. Successful applicants will enjoy being part of a closely‑knit manufacturing team that prides itself on delivering the highest quality products to worldwide customers.

Requirements:

• 3 years previous experience in the manufacture of mild steel or stainless‑steel fabrications required
• High standard of welding experience to a suitable standard in MIG welding
• Safe‑Pass and manual handling desirable
• Abrasive wheel training not essential but preferable
• Candidates must work to CE EN1090 criteria
• A good understanding of spoken and written English is essential
• The ideal candidate must be self‑efficient and able to work unsupervised, on their own initiative, and also be a team player
• Good attendance and time keeping
• Upon employment candidates must undergo and pass weld tests
• Own car needed for this role
