Job summary

FLI Precast Solutions Limited of Kilnock, Ballon, Co. Carlow, Ireland invites applications for a Welder Fabricator.

The ideal candidate has a trade qualification and at least three years' experience in welding and steel fabrication within a manufacturing or industrial environment. The role includes completing fabrication projects from start to finish, performing MIG and ARC welding, and assisting with plant maintenance.

Qualifications

• Trade qualification required.
• Minimum of three years' experience in a similar role.
• Experience in industrial fabrication and mechanical maintenance is beneficial.
• Ability to read detailed technical drawings and work both independently and in a team.
• Strong attention to detail and good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret detailed technical drawings.
• Carry out MIG and ARC welding.
• Perform ironwork and steel fabrication tasks.
• Assist with the repair and maintenance of plant equipment and machinery.
• Support manufacturing processes and utility systems; participate in planned shutdowns and project work.
• Contribute to achieving production targets while adhering to health and safety requirements.
