Job summary

FRS Recruitment in partnership with Aoibhneas are seeking Weekend Support Workers to provide safety, security and supports to women and children resident in Aoibhneas at weekends and bank holidays.

This role involves operating the 24 Hour Refuge Helpline, providing emergency accommodation and practical supports.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year relevant work experience in a social care setting.
• Knowledge and understanding of domestic violence and issues affecting women and children experiencing domestic violence.
• Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team.

Posts: Part-Time - Permanent (Pro-rata) - 16 Hours (8 hours daily) and bank holidays

Salary: Point 1 - €36,448 (Pro-rata) per annum

FRS Recruitment, in partnership with Aoibhneas, are seeking Weekend Support Workers to provide safety, security and supports to women and children resident in Aoibhneas at weekends and bank holidays. This role involves operating the 24 Hour Refuge Helpline, providing emergency accommodation and practical supports.

• A minimum of 1 years relevant work experience working in a social care setting
• Knowledge and understanding of domestic violence and issues affecting women and children experiencing domestic violence.
• Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team.
• Employer Pension Contribution of 5%.
• Annual leave 22 days inclusive of 2 well-beingdays with incremental days in line with service.
