Job summary

Hollybank Trustees Ltd is recruiting a Weekend Chef for a small catering site in Dublin. The role offers daytime hours only and involves preparing and serving meals for approximately 50 people each day.

You will cook to high standards, manage daily prep, keep kitchen hygienic, monitor stock, and ensure the kitchen runs smoothly with minimal supervision. Previous catering or hospitality experience and a Food Hygiene Certification are desirable.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook fresh, high-quality meals in line with company standards.
• Plan and organize food preparation for daily service.
• Maintain excellent food hygiene and safety standards.

• Ensure the kitchen is clean, safe, and compliant with all regulations.

Requirements

• Previous experience working as a Chef or Cook in a catering, hospitality, or similar environment.
• Good knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.

• Relevant Food Hygiene Certification is desirable.
