Brightwater Recruitment is seeking an experienced Financial Planner to join our client-focused wealth team in Ireland. You will build trusted relationships, provide strategic financial guidance, and grow an existing client portfolio while identifying new opportunities.

Working with colleagues and stakeholders, you will deliver tailored solutions across investments, pensions and related products, while adhering to regulatory and risk standards. A proactive, client-centric approach is essential.

Qualifications

• Over 3 years Financial Planning experience.
• Experience in financial planning, wealth management or financial services.
• Strong knowledge of investments, pensions and related financial products.
• Relevant professional qualifications and a commitment to ongoing development.
• Strong relationship management, communication and business development skills.
• A proactive, commercially aware and client-focused approach.
• Good organisational and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Understanding client needs and providing appropriate financial guidance.
• Managing and developing an existing client portfolio while identifying new opportunities.
• Supporting business development and building referral networks.
• Managing prospects, pipelines and new business activity.
• Working collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders to deliver effective client solutions.
• Identifying opportunities to improve client service and business performance.
• Ensuring all activities meet relevant regulatory, risk and compliance standards.
