Job summary

WuXi Biologics Dundalk site seeks a Lead (Associate Director) to drive the WuXi Business System (WBS) across the site and to elevate program management capabilities. You will act as a change agent, mentoring colleagues in Lean tools and ensuring data-driven improvements in cost, quality and safety.

The role collaborates with all functions on site and aligns with the corporate WBS team, reporting to the WBS Director. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Value Stream Mapping (VSM), Kaizen and mentoring WBS project leaders.
• Strong leadership, communication, problem solving and teamwork abilities at site leadership level.
• Understanding of Lean management systems including Daily Management, Standard Work and Leader Standard Work.

Responsibilities

• Partner with WBS Director to develop and deploy WBS strategy for the Dundalk site and associated KPIs.
• Develop and deliver training modules to support WBS mindset and continuous improvement.
• Manage portfolio of cross-functional WBS projects and ensure alignment with site strategy for cost savings and yield improvements.
• Oversee stage-gate reporting of WBS projects and drive improvements with key stakeholders.
• Act as change agent to promote new, efficient ways of working and coach leaders in Lean techniques.
