Job summary

Cpl Healthcare is partnering with a reputable organisation to recruit an experienced Social Care Manager for a mainstream service in Waterford, supporting up to 4 young people. The role is full-time and permanent with an excellent salary and benefits package.

The successful candidate will hold a relevant degree on the National Framework of Qualifications in Social Care, have 5+ years in a young people’s residential setting, and demonstrate strong leadership and empowerment abilities.

Qualifications

• Degree level on the National Framework of Qualifications in Social Care or relevant field.
• Minimum five years of experience in a young people's residential unit at social care grade.
• Strong experience empowering others to achieve goals.
• Personal attributes: positivity, flexibility, problem-solving attitude, empathy and maturity.
• A current full clean Driving Licence prior to commencement of employment.
