The role requires a degree in Social Care or a related field, at least five years in a young people’s residential setting, and a proven ability to empower teams, with a positive, flexible and empathetic leadership style.

Qualifications

• Degree-level qualification in Social Care or a related field.
• Minimum five years' experience in a young people's residential setting.
• Ability to empower others to achieve goals.
• Positive, flexible, problem-solving mindset with empathy and maturity.
• Full clean Driving Licence prior to commencement.
