• 5+ years relevant post-qualification experience in tender or execution of water/wastewater projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a portfolio of proposals
• Ownership of commercial and technical aspect of the proposals process
• Collaborative interaction with the clients to develop cost models
• Playing an integral part in the design and engineering development process
• Collaborative interaction with delivery team to ensure lessons learned are applied and peer reviews are carried out in a timely manner
• Collaborative interaction and management of supply partners and supply chain during target cost development phase
• Developing accurate and competitive target costs
• Evaluation and selection of suitable partners, technologies, equipment and vendors including sourcing alternative vendors
• Ensuring that costs and responsibilities are clearly apportioned and documented and agree Program of works with partners
• Adhere to all internal Governance procedures
