Job summary

EPS Group in Ireland is seeking a Water Treatment Industry Process / Trade Operator to join our Dundalk wastewater treatment operations. The role requires practical knowledge of water treatment processes, with flexibility for weekend and bank holiday hours.

You will work on-site with automated control systems and participate in regular standby duties. Applicants with experience in water treatment, mechanical or electrical plant, and a willingness to learn are encouraged.

Qualifications

• Experience operating/w handling water treatment plants preferred.
• Experience in mechanical/electrical plant beneficial.
• Full driving licence is obligatory.
• Ability to learn servicing of equipment and assist maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor water treatment processes and run basic analyses.
• Carry out routine operational and maintenance tasks.
• Record process data and take samples daily.
• Maintain housekeeping and clean plant facilities.
• Participate in standby and call-out rota; flexible hours.
