Job summary

Veolia Ireland is seeking an Industrial Contracts Manager to coordinate water and wastewater contracts across Kilkenny and multiple sites, ensuring delivery, safety, and environmental compliance. The role acts as the principal liaison for clients, with a strategic focus on contract execution and continuous improvement.

You will lead cross-functional teams, oversee reports and billing processes, negotiate variations, and ensure adherence to quality and safety standards across all sites.

Qualifications

• Degree Level 7/8 in engineering or equivalent experience.
• Experience in water/waste/water industry.
• Strong personal skills and communication skills, fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Support the Head of Water/National General Manager and Plant Managers with existing O&M contracts and metering contracts.
• Assist with estimating, pricing and quantity surveying on contract variations.
• Lead cross-functional teams across sites to ensure contract deliverables and improvements.
• Prepare monthly client reports and assist with client billing processes.
• Ensure compliance with Health and Safety policies and quality standards (VMR, LRQA).
