PCI Pharma Services is seeking a Warehouse Operative for the Thursday-Saturday night shift (7pm-7am) in Ireland. You will book in deliveries, manage the computerized stock system, monitor consumables and prepare materials for production, ensuring accurate stock records and GMP compliance.

You will also transport goods, palletise finished items, and liaise with suppliers to resolve issues. Training on equipment will be provided as needed, with a focus on safety and housekeeping.

Formación

• Experience in warehouse or production logistics.
• Willingness to work night shifts.
• Ability to handle manual tasks and basic safety procedures.

Responsabilidades

• To book in all deliveries when received on site as appropriate as per the relevant procedures.
• To be proficient in computerized stock system.
• Monitoring supplies of consumables.
• Kit out all materials for production.
• Transport goods between site in company van if required.
• Organise and monitor the coding of cartons for production as required.
• Liaise with customers & suppliers regarding deliveries, shortfalls & other issues.
• Prepare and quantify returns of materials from production for dispatch to the customer.
• Prepare pallets of finished goods for dispatch to the customer as per the customer requirements.
• Maintain accurate goods in and stock control cards, goods out sheets and to hand over to QA after completion.
