  • Investigate inventory discrepancies, identify root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions to improve processes and controls.

  • Manage the timely and accurate issuing of inventory to manufacturing operations.

  • Lead and support the implementation of warehouse process improvements, particularly in the areas of scanning technology, lot-code management, traceability, and inventory control.

  • Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and operational standards.

  • Promote and enforce a strong health and safety culture, including routine equipment inspections (e.g. forklifts), safe working practices, and maintaining a clean, organised, and hazard-free warehouse environment.

  • Ensure warehouse security and control access to restricted warehouse areas, permitting entry only to authorised personnel.

  • Third-level qualification in Supply Chain Management, Warehousing, Logistics, Inventory Management, or a related discipline.

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience managing or supervising a busy warehouse operation.

  • Strong systems aptitude with proven experience in warehouse management systems, scanning technologies, and lot-code management.

  • Experience working with inventory control processes and maintaining high levels of stock accuracy.
