Job summary

Total Source Ltd in Galway is seeking an energetic and reliable part-time Warehouse Associate to join our team. Based in Galway Warehouse, you will handle order picking, packing and delivery tasks, with a Monday to Friday schedule and flexible hours suitable for a student.

The role involves shipping and receiving, light assembly, and liaising with colleagues to ensure smooth operations. We value a can-do attitude, good English communication, and familiarity with SAP B1 or similar systems;

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Outlook, Word, Excel and SAP B1 or similar system.
• Professional and mature attitude essential.
• Excellent English communication is required.
• Forklift license a plus but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Order picking and packing.
• Responsibility of goods inwards and outwards.
• General Warehouse/Stores duties.
• Some assembly work may be required.
• Delivery of industrial goods to various addresses.
• Load, unload and operate delivery vehicle.

Total Source are looking for an energetic, friendly and enthusiastic individual to join our team. This role involves working in our Galway Warehouse, shipping and receiving. This would be a part time position, Monday to Friday with flexible hours that may suit a student.

Job Responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:

• Order picking and packing.
• Responsibility of goods inwards and outwards.
• Taking part in general Warehouse/Stores duties.
• Some assembly work will also be required.
• Delivery of a wide range of Industrial goods to a variety of different addresses.
• Load, unload and operate delivery vehicle.

Skills Essential to the candidate for this role:

• Knowledge of Outlook, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and SAP B1 or similar system
• A selfmotivated individual with a professional and mature attitude is essential
• Good communication skills and fluent use of English is a must for this role
• Forklift license (Not mandatory)
• An experienced allrounder is needed with a cando attitude and a pleasant personality, someone who is helpful and willing to assist in all situations that can arise from day to day
