Job summary

Flexsource is recruiting experienced Warehouse Operators for a role based in Damastown, Dublin 15. The position involves receiving, storing and distributing materials in a fast-paced pharma warehouse. You will work on-site, with shift work and a focus on GMP and Health & Safety compliance.

The successful candidate will have at least 3 years in pharma warehousing and hold Turret Truck, Counterbalance Forklift and PPT licences. It is a full-time on-site role in Dublin 15.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience in a Pharma warehouse role.
• Valid licences for Turret Truck, Counterbalance Forklift and PPT are essential.
• Must be flexible and available to work shifts.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workload effectively.
• Comfortable working on your own initiative with minimal supervision.
• Ability to work effectively in a high-volume, fast-moving environment.
• Strong team player with a willingness to support colleagues and contribute to overall team goals.

Responsibilities

• Receive, store and distribute materials throughout the warehouse.
• Deliver and collect materials to and from Production areas.
• Complete all required warehouse documentation accurately and on time.
• Work in accordance with SOPs, GMP and Health & Safety standards.
• Identify and report damaged goods or stock discrepancies.
• Maintain a clean, organised and safe warehouse environment.
• Assist with packaging and material sampling duties when required.
• Participate in relevant training and assessment activities.
