Job summary

Uniphar Medtech in Dublin is seeking a Warehouse Operative on a fixed-term contract to support accurate receipt, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch of products.

You will follow health and safety protocols, use warehouse systems, and contribute to continuous improvement while working full-time from 9am to 5:30pm.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for dispatch.
• Receive and check incoming deliveries against documentation.
• Put away stock in designated locations and perform stock checks.
• Operate warehouse scanning equipment to record stock movements.
• Assist with loading/unloading vehicles and maintain cleanliness.
• Follow Health & Safety, GDP, and quality procedures at all times.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within warehouse operations.
• Complete required documentation accurately and timely.

Warehouse Operative (Fixed Term Contract - 6 Months)

Location: Uniphar Medtech, Dublin

Reporting To: Warehouse Team Leader / Warehouse Manager

Contract Type: Fixed Term (6 Months)

Hours: Full-Time (9am-5.30pm)

Purpose of the Role

To support the efficient operation of the warehouse through the accurate receipt, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch of products while maintaining compliance with quality standards, company procedures, and health and safety requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for dispatch.
• Receive and check incoming deliveries against delivery documentation.
• Put away stock in designated storage locations.
• Perform inventory counts and stock control activities as required.
• Ensure all products are handled and stored in accordance with company procedures.
• Operate warehouse scanning equipment and systems to record stock movements.
• Assist with loading and unloading vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and housekeeping standards.
• Adhere to all Health & Safety, Quality, GDP, and company procedures.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within warehouse operations.
• Assist colleagues and other departments to ensure customer service levels are achieved.
• Complete required documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
