Job summary

Brennan & Co in Dublin is seeking a proactive warehouse assistant to efficiently receive, store and ship orders, ensuring items arrive on time in perfect condition. You will help maintain stock accuracy, rotate stock, complete daily checks and support the Operations Manager in day-to-day logistics within a friendly, collaborative team.

The role requires attention to detail, team spirit, and good numeracy; forklift experience would be a plus.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience.
• Good numeric ability and attention to detail.
• Ability to multi-task and work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect deliveries and unload safely.
• Store and rotate stock according to storage requirements.
• Pick, count, assemble and pack orders with accuracy.
• Check lot numbers and expiry dates and rotate stock.
• Maintain stock control and conduct monthly expiring stock checks.
• Operate forklift per procedures and assist with loading vans.
• Provide day-to-day support to the Operations Manager.
• Perform ad-hoc duties as needed.
