C&C Group is recruiting a Warehouse Operative to join our team. Reporting to the Warehouse Team Manager, you’ll help keep the warehouse running smoothly, handle loading bays, and ensure products are stored correctly. The role is physical, with a focus on manual handling.

You’ll work in a fast-paced FMCG environment, handling alcohol and heavy products, with monthly salary and a range of benefits including pension, private healthcare, and annual leave.

Qualifikationen

• FLT, Reach or Counterbalance licences desirable.
• Experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment, particularly FMCG.
• Comfortable handling alcoholic and heavy products, pallets to kegs.
• Basic Maths and English skills for stock-take duties.
• Good understanding of customer service principles.
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude.

Aufgaben

• Goods intake and dispatch, check accuracy and quality.
• Record goods receipt and returns information.
• Follow good warehouse practices for safety and efficiency.
• Pick orders and place in correct delivery locations.
• Monitor stock levels and report low stock to the Warehouse Team Manager.
• Put away new stock deliveries in correct bin-bay locations.
• Support monthly stock takes (including some weekend work).
• Adhere to health and safety procedures on-site.
• Wear safety gear such as boots, gloves and high-visibility vest.
