BDS Vending Solutions Ltd in Ireland is seeking a General Warehouse Operative for a Sunday-Thursday night shift from 21:15 to 05:45. The role involves daily warehouse duties including stock redistribution, picking and packing snacks and drinks, restocking shelves, and assisting with stock takes.

Self-motivation and independence are valued in a small team. Requirements include a Forklift licence (preferred) and at least 3 years in a warehouse.

We're expanding and on the lookout for a dedicated General Warehouse Operative to join our team. We are proud members of the Coca-Cola HBC.

We are looking for an exceptional candidate to join our night shift team, working Sunday to Thursday 21.15pm to 05.45am. You will be carrying out regular warehouse duties including redistributing returned stock, picking and packing of snacks and drinks, restocking the shelves, assisting with stock takes, covering colleagues during periods of annual leave or sickness, etc.

This role would ideally suit someone who likes to be left to manage their own work load within a small team, once the work gets done within the given timeframe. You must be self‑motivated and dependable when working independently.

A B driving licence & forklift experience a distinct advantage.

Responsibilities/Activities

• Redistributing returned stock of drinks & snacks
• Assisting the team to carry out nightly stocktakes in a timely and efficient manner
• Ensure productivity and adhering to daily targets & deadlines
• Ensuring orders are packaged, palletised, and labelled correctly in accordance with requirements
• Loading pallets and cages onto vans using a forklift
• Ensuring orders are fulfilled accurately and on time
• Picking & packing any outstanding orders as and when required
• Restock and pack the shelves
• Stock rotation

Requirements

• Be an efficient worker with the ability to multitask take initiative
• Ability to adhere to work procedures
• Ability to understand and follow directions /instructions
• Ability to count accurately and record stock takes
• Computer literate
• Knowledge of Health and Safety a distinct advantage.
