Job summary

Morgan McKinley is seeking an experienced Warehouse Operative to join our growing distribution team in Ireland. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth, safe and efficient operation of the warehouse.

Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, you will handle stock, orders and daily processes to maintain high standards of accuracy and safety. The role requires a minimum of 3 years in warehousing, strong organisational skills, and a proactive approach to teamwork within a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of warehouse experience.
  • Excellent timekeeping and flexibility with working hours.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Positive attitude with a strong willingness to learn.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, pressurised environment.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Good knowledge of IT systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to working safely.

Responsibilities

  • Pick, pack and dispatch materials accurately and efficiently.
  • Receive deliveries and update the inventory management system.
  • Store and allocate materials in line with company procedures and stock rotation requirements.
  • Transport materials safely and efficiently to their correct destination.
  • Ensure all stock is stored correctly and safely within the warehouse.
  • Carry out general housekeeping duties within the warehouse and company vehicles.
  • Follow all health & safety procedures, including safe manual handling and storage practices.

We are a leading privately owned wholesale and distribution company serving the plumbing and bathroom sector across Ireland. Due to continued growth, we are looking for experienced Warehouse Operatives to join our established warehouse team.

Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, you will play an important role in ensuring the smooth, safe and efficient running of our warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities
