C2 Recruitment Ltd is hiring a Warehouse Operative for a permanent role in Ashbourne, Co. Meath. The position offers 40 hours per week across 4 days out of 7, with 12-hour shifts and an annual salary of €29,432.

The role is based in a busy distribution centre and includes full training and opportunities for overtime. You will audit stock, verify inbound/outbound deliveries, and maintain stock accuracy while following health and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience is preferred.

Looking for a permanent warehouse role where accuracy matters and you can build a long-term career?

C2 Recruitment is looking for a reliable and detail-focused Warehouse Operative to join a busy distribution centre in Ashbourne.

The Role

You’ll be responsible for physically checking stock moving through the distribution centre, making sure pallets, cages and loads are accurate and identifying any discrepancies before they become a problem.

This is a hands-on role where attention to detail really matters.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Auditing pallets, cages and trailer loads
• Checking outbound stock against paperwork and delivery requirements
• Verifying inbound deliveries
• Identifying and reporting stock discrepancies
• Accurately recording audit results
• Escalating errors or stock mismatches
• Working to daily productivity and quality targets
• Identifying recurring issues and helping improve stock accuracy
• Following all site health and safety procedures

What We're Looking For

You don't need previous auditing experience. If you've worked in a warehouse, stock control, picking, dispatch or a similar environment, we'd like to hear from you.

You’ll need:

• Previous warehouse experience
• Excellent attention to detail
• Confidence with basic calculations
• The ability to work accurately while meeting targets
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Basic Microsoft Excel and Word knowledge
• A reliable and positive approach to work
• To be aged 18 or over
• Your own transport due to the location of the site

Hours

You’ll work 40 hours per week across 4 days out of 7, giving you three days off each week.

Shifts are 12 hours with a 30-minute unpaid break.

The working environment is ambient.
