C2 Recruitment Ltd is hiring a Warehouse Operative for a permanent role in Ashbourne, Co. Meath. The position offers 40 hours per week across 4 days out of 7, with 12-hour shifts and an annual salary of €29,432.

The role is based in a busy distribution centre and includes full training and opportunities for overtime. You will audit stock, verify inbound/outbound deliveries, and maintain stock accuracy while following health and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in stock checks.
• Ability to perform basic calculations and work to targets.
• Clear written and verbal communication is important.
• Familiarity with Excel/Word is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Auditing pallets, cages and trailer loads.
• Checking outbound stock against paperwork and delivery requirements.
• Verifying inbound deliveries.
• Identifying and reporting stock discrepancies.
• Recording audit results accurately.
• Escalating errors or stock mismatches.
• Working to daily productivity and quality targets.
• Following site health and safety procedures.
