Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics supervisory role within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience with warehouse activities and inventory control.
• Forklift license and operational experience required.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel essential); experience with ERP systems, WMS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise employees in the warehouse department and ensure efficient workflows.
• Coordinate material request operations and stock inspections.
• Process outbound delivery claims and manage daily workflows to meet targets.
• Analyse workflows and drive improvements considering economic and sustainability factors.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth material flow and uphold safety standards.
• Prepare reports to support management decisions on operations and team performance.
• Support recruitment and onboarding for new hires, including workstation setup.
