Job summary

Liebherr Container Cranes Ltd. is seeking a warehouse supervisor to lead the warehouse team at our Killarney facility. You will oversee staff, optimize workflows and ensure accurate stock inspections to support on-time deliveries.

You will coordinate material requests, manage claims for outbound shipments and generate operational reports for management. A forklift license and ERP/WMS experience are required to drive continuous improvements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics supervisory role within manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise employees in the warehouse department.
• Improve and assure efficient workflows in warehouse areas.
• Coordinate material request operations.
• Organize and perform stock inspections.
• Manage claims concerning outbound deliveries.
• Plan, organize, delegate, and evaluate daily workflows to meet targets.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure material flow.
• Uphold standards for material handling, health and safety.
• Prepare and present reports to support management decisions.
• Support recruitment and onboarding, including workstation setup.
