Job summary

Keelings is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to support daily warehouse operations across Ireland. You will help manage orders post-production, train staff on systems, and ensure despatch accuracy to meet customer specifications.

You will work closely with the Warehouse Manager, cover holidays, and participate in stock counts and safety initiatives, driving improvements and KPI performance across the site.

Qualifications

• Excellent people management skills.
• Strong communicator with clear written and spoken English.
• Good level of numeracy essential for planning.

Responsibilities

• Manage and pick orders post-production.
• Trains warehouse staff in the use of work status, network, and software applications
• Despatch all goods with customer specification,
• Vehicle temperature checks
• Check goods against pick list and amend discrepancies
• Manage stock and stock counts with the Stock controller
• Participate in periodic warehouse inventories
• Support Continuous Improvement activities in line with company strategy
• Maintain safety and address hazards within the warehouse
• Covers Warehouse operations in the absence of the Warehouse Manager
• Assist with secondary site coverage as required
• Develop and modify warehousing policies and procedures
• Ensure safe pallet build and wrapping
• Manage team performance and workload scheduling
• Assist with asset management as needed
