Job summary

Merck Gruppe - MSD Sharp & Dohme is seeking a Warehouse Manager to lead our growing site. You will drive daily warehouse operations, people leadership, and ensure readiness for a new SAP platform as we transition to SAP S/4HANA.

Collaboration across Manufacturing, Quality and Supply Chain is essential to maintain material flows and regulatory compliance. You will shape warehouse processes, build capability, and ensure inspection-readiness while managing multiple priorities and driving

Qualifications

• Experience leading warehouse operations in a regulated manufacturing setting.
• Experience building and developing a high-performance warehouse team.
• Strong knowledge of GMP and quality compliance in warehousing.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day warehouse operations: goods receipt, storage, inventory, dispensing.
• Coach and develop the warehouse team to grow capabilities.
• Support SAP platform transition with process design, testing and readiness.
