Job summary

McSport.ie in Dublin is seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to take full ownership of our Robinhood warehouse. You will lead a 14-18 person team, manage dispatch within 48 hours, and oversee goods in, Click & Collect, showroom picking, returns and space utilisation.

You will report to the CEO and work closely with the senior Warehouse Manager, set daily standards for health and safety, productivity and quality KPIs, and plan labour to meet demand while maintaining stock accuracy.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years supervising warehouse teams of 10+.
• Experience in e-commerce fulfilment and dispatch.
• Forklift certification is essential.
• Proficient with WMS and stock-keeping KPIs.
• Strong health and safety knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a team of 14-18 warehouse operatives.
• Own dispatch: ensure orders ship within 48 hours.
• Oversee goods in, Click & Collect, showroom picking, returns and space utilisation.
• Maintain stock accuracy with daily inter-site transfers and cycle counts.
• Set daily standards for housekeeping, health & safety, productivity and quality KPIs.
• Plan labour against demand and cover holidays.
• Report weekly site performance to the CEO via a scorecard.
• Ensure cost-effective courier selection.

McSport.ie is Ireland's leading gym design, installation and equipment company.

We supply and install fitness and sports equipment for commercial gyms, universities, sports clubs and homes across Ireland - and we run our own warehousing and delivery operation to keep one promise: orders dispatched accurately within 48 hours.

We are growing, and we are splitting our warehouse operation across dedicated site managers. You will take full ownership of our Robinhood warehouse in Dublin: a team of 14-18 operatives covering order fulfilment, goods in, Click & Collect, returns and showroom picking.

You will report directly to the CEO and work day-to-day alongside our senior Warehouse Manager, whose site feeds yours with daily stock transfers. You run your building, you own your numbers, and you have a direct line to the top of the company.

What you will do:

• Lead, coach and develop a team of 14-18 warehouse operatives.
• Own dispatch: every order out accurately within 48 hours.
• Run goods in, Click & Collect, showroom picking, returns and space utilisation.
• Receive daily inter-site transfers and keep stock accuracy tight through cycle counts.
• Set the daily standard: housekeeping, health & safety, productivity and quality KPIs.
• Plan labour against demand - quick, sensible calls when priorities shift, and cover planned around holidays.
• Report your site's performance weekly to the CEO on a simple scorecard.
• Ensure orders go out with the most reasonably priced courier - supporting our logistics project.

What You Will Bring

• 3+ years supervising or managing warehouse teams of 10 or more.
• A fulfilment/dispatch background - this is a heavily e-commerce-focused operation.
• Forklift certification (counterbalance and/or reach) - essential.
• Confidence with WMS and scanning systems, and comfort owning KPIs.
• A strong grip on health & safety.
• The character piece: you hold standards daily, you deal with issues honestly and fairly, and you build a team people want to be part of.
