Brennan & Co, a long-established group based in Ireland, is seeking a warehouse operative to receive, inspect, store, pack and rotate stock, ensuring orders reach customers in perfect condition.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience.
• Good numeric ability and excellent attention to detail.
• Team worker with strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
• Ability to multi-task, skill in establishing priorities and managing workloads.
• Excellent customer relationship skills with ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
• Ability to be flexible and to adapt and work effectively with a variety of situations or individuals.
• Basic IT skills in excel/word/outlook desirable.

Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect deliveries and unload safely.
• Store and stack incoming materials per required storage procedures.
• Record and receipt returned stock.
• Pick, count, assemble and pack orders.
• Check lot numbers and expiry dates and rotate stock.
• Compile monthly expiring and expired stock checklists.
• Stock taking and stock control.
• Complete daily/weekly temperature checks.
• Monitor and log return of grey crates.
• Operate forklift per procedures.
• Assist drivers with loading vans for deliveries.
• Provide day-to-day support to Operations Manager.
• Act as relief driver as required.
• Other ad-hoc duties as needed.
