Job summary

Newvend is looking for a Goods In and Warehouse Operative to join our team in Ireland. The role involves receiving deliveries, checking stock, and organising warehouse storage to support wholesale orders.

You will manage stock intake, pack/prepare orders, and help keep records accurate while maintaining a safe, tidy, and efficient warehouse environment. A full driving licence and basic IT skills are required.

Qualifications

• Excellent attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Ability to prioritise tasks and work efficiently in a busy environment.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Basic computer literacy and confidence using inventory or stock management systems.
• A full, clean drivers licence.

Responsibilities

• Receiving and inspecting incoming deliveries.
• Booking stock into inventory systems.
• Organising warehouse and storeroom stock.
• Pick, pack and prepare wholesale customer orders for dispatch.
• Conducting stock counts and assist with inventory control.
• Prepare goods for dispatch and ensure orders are completed accurately and on time.
• Deliver stock to customers when required.
• Load and unload stock for our van sales team on a daily basis.
• Maintaining accurate stock records.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
• Ensuring health and safety compliance.
• Assist in maintaining a clean, organised and efficient warehouse environment.
