PC DREAMS PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking a logistics-focused coordinator to manage online inventory, fulfilment, and warehouse operations. You will work with AI-assisted tools to verify outputs, coordinate with logistics partners, and ensure accurate stock across platforms.

You will also oversee end-to-end order fulfilment, track refurbishment progress, and support sustainability initiatives within our circular electronics program in Ireland.

Competenze

• Educational background in business administration, supply chain, logistics, or related field is required.
• Fresh grads welcome; those with eCommerce, logistics or operations experience have an edge.
• Familiarity with quality and data-security standards (ISO 9001 / ISO 27001) is a plus.
• Comfort with AI-assisted listing or reporting tools and ability to QA AI outputs.
• Strong data presentation skills using Google Sheets/Docs.

Our AI-assisted tools now take care of much of the repetitive work, so your job is to steer them, check their output and fix what they miss. Key Responsibilities

eCommerce Inventory & Fulfilment Management

• Keep online stock accurate: review and verify the stock levels our AI-assisted tools sync across platforms, and step in quickly to prevent overselling or stockouts
• Own order fulfilment end-to-end, from pick and pack to timely dispatch and delivery tracking
• Turn sales performance into inventory decisions: review AI-generated sales and stock reports, sense-check the numbers, and prioritise stock and restocking accordingly
• Reconcile online orders against warehouse stock, using automated exception flags to catch and resolve discrepancies early
• Handle returns and exchanges, processing them back into inventory swiftly and accurately
• Review and approve AI-generated product listings (photos, specs and descriptions) before they go live, making sure every detail matches the actual unit

Warehouse & Inventory Management

• Oversee daily warehouse operations: inbound/outbound processing, labelling, and SKU management
• Follow each device's journey: work closely with the technical team to track refurbishment and upcycling status, keeping everyone in the loop (no technical background needed; you're the coordinator, not the one holding the screwdriver)
• Keep our inventory procedures running to the quality and data-security standards (ISO 9001 / ISO 27001) that keep clients' trust intact
• Ensure proper disposal and recycling of unsellable or returned goods

Logistics & BuyBack Coordination

• Coordinate with logistics partners for import/export, delivery schedules, and fulfilment tracking
• Manage and respond to trade-in/BuyBack inquiries via SellUp and quote.myhalo.com.sg
• Run regular audits on turnaround time, billing accuracy, and the buyback pipeline
• Collaborate with finance and vendor teams on reporting and compliance, checking automatically compiled reports for accuracy before they are shared

AI & Automation Oversight

• Supervise our automated workflows (stock sync, listings and reports) and handle the exceptions they flag, such as sync failures, mismatched SKUs or orders that need a human decision
• Own data quality: keep product, SKU and inventory data clean and consistent so our AI-assisted tools have accurate information to work with
• Use AI tools and prompts day to day to draft, summarise and check work, and suggest improvements to how we use them
• Escalate recurring automation issues to the team and help document the fixes

Sustainability Integration

• Champion sustainability initiatives across warehouse operations
• Track and report the quantity and weight of recycled/upcycled items: real numbers behind our zero e-waste mission
• Spot opportunities to shrink our operational carbon footprint

Qualifications & Experience

• Educational Background: Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field
• Fresh grads welcome: candidates with experience in eCommerce, logistics, or operations roles will have an edge
• Compliance Mindset: You don't need to be an ISO expert; we just need you to understand why quality and data-security standards (like ISO 9001 and ISO 27001) matter, and be willing to learn and work within them
• Digital Proficiency: Strong in Google Sheets/Docs, with the ability to present operational or sales data clearly
• AI Comfort: Comfortable using AI tools (such as chat assistants and AI-assisted listing or reporting tools), with the judgement to check AI-generated output rather than take it at face value
• Detail-oriented with excellent multitasking skills
• Genuine passion for sustainability and circular economy concepts
